🕒 Arrival & Check-In

• Doors open at 10:30 AM, and the event will begin promptly at 11:00 AM.

• Please check in at the Registration Table upon arrival to receive your name badge and seating assignment.

🚗 Parking & Shuttle Information

On-Site Parking (Girls Inc. Campus)

• Parking at the event venue is reserved exclusively for honorees and guests requiring handicap accommodations.

• If you require accessible parking, please email us at scade@girlsincatl.org no later than 8/6/2025 to ensure a space is reserved for you.

General Guest Parking

• All other guests must park at our designated remote parking location:
  Larry Bell Recreational Center / Civic Center
  548 South Marietta Pkwy SE
  Marietta, GA 30060

Complimentary shuttles will run continuously between the Civic Center and the event venue throughout the duration of the event. Shuttle signage and staff will be on-site to guide you.
